1. Scope of Referral & Service Network
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
2. Contractor Responsibility & Independent Licensing
All field work, technical inspections, diagnostic assessments, work guarantees, and warranties are executed exclusively by the independent contractor connected to your project. Property owners remain responsible for verifying contractor licenses prior to work commencement.
3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TrenchlessGreer Operations LLC shall not be held liable for property damage, project delays, work disputes, or financial losses arising between property owners and connected independent service providers.
4. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All brand trademarks, design tokens, technical blueprints, and website copy are the exclusive property of TrenchlessGreer Operations LLC. These terms are governed under the laws of the State of South Carolina.
